Drawing competition winners

The results of the annual drawing competition for elementary school students, held in connection with World School Milk Day, have recently been announced. More than 1,300 drawings were submitted from 70 schools. The judging panel noted that selecting winners was especially difficult given the exceptional quality and creativity of the submissions. We at Sæmundarskóli are especially proud to claim two winners — drawings by Alma Björk Þorgeirsdóttir and Ronja Rut Eggertsdóttir, both 4th-grade students, were among the award-winning entries.
