Preschool reading

Seventh-grade students visited Reynisholt last week to celebrate Icelandic Language Day on Nov. 16. They read to all the preschoolers and did a fantastic job!

The visit went perfectly. The preschoolers listened as if spellbound, and when the reading ended, the older kids got to play with the younger children. It was wonderful to watch them play together. This was a heartwarming and fun time together. We are incredibly proud of our students.

This visit also kicked off preparations for the Big Reading Competition in seventh grade, which runs through spring.
